How to Prepare Edamame

Here’s an easy high protein snack for sitting around watching a weekend game or movie. Skip the salt and replace it with a squirt of fresh lemon and lime, or a smoky Spanish paprika
- 1. Boil edamame pods 5-7 minutes.
- 2. Drain and rinse in cold water to stop cooking.
- 3. Sprinkle or rub with salt to taste. Remove beans from pod with your fingers or teeth and enjoy!
