Guacamole with Fruit

We all know avocados are heart-healthy, but this recipe also adds pomegranate for even more anti-oxidants.
Ingredients
- 2 avocados
- 1 cup tomato, diced
- 1 jalapeño, diced
- ¼ cup onion, diced
- ¼ bunch cilantro, chopped
- 2-3 limes, juiced
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup pomegranate seeds, diced
- ¼ cup mango, diced
Directions
- 1. Remove skin and pit from the avocados. Mash with a fork until creamy. Fold in remaining ingredients and season with salt.
- 2. Top with seasonal fruit.
