Cranberry Orange Relish

Here’s an orange cranberry relish that is delicious, but you won’t have those can rings emblazoned on the side.
Makes about 2 cups
- 1 large navel orange, washed and dried
- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1. Cut the orange into 4 pieces and pulse in a food processor until coarsely chopped. Remove to a medium bowl.
- 1. Coarsely chop the fresh cranberries and blend with the orange. This will be tart so you can add a little sugar or honey to taste. Chill before serving.
