Bell Pepper Veggie Cup

Enjoy this “spooky” menu idea that kids will love and are good for them, too.


  • 1 bell pepper
  • 2 broccoli florets
  • 2 cauliflower florets
  • 4 snap peas
  • 4 baby carrots
  • 2 thin celery stalks
  • 3 cherry tomatoes
  • ¼ cup lite Ranch dressing


    1. Wash all veggies. Slice top off bell pepper and remove seeds.
    2. Spoon Ranch dressing into bottom of bell pepper and arrange veggies inside.

Reminder: The ingredients in a recipe determine if it should be eaten every day, some days, or on special occasions. It's up to you and you doctor to determine what can be part of a healthy diet for you and any special needs you may have.
