Attie’s Old-Fashioned Salmon Burgers

- 1½ pounds of salmon filets, skin removed
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 2 tablespoon minced onion
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1. Finely chop the salmon with a knife. Place the salmon in a bowl and mix in the rest of the ingredients. Divide the salmon mixture into 4 patties, and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
- 2. Spray the burgers with nonstick spray if grilling, or saute in a little butter in a nonstick pan. Cook about 5 to 6 minutes on each side for a medium to medium-well burger.
- 3. Serve immediately.
