Arnold's Green Smoothie

Don't let the concept of mixing vegetables and fruits deter you… there's a nice balance in this drink. Make a big pitcher and garnish some glasses with apple slices for a Sunday brunch.

Ingredients
- 2 Bananas
- 1 Apple
- 1 Pear
- 1 ounce Dates (optional)
- 3-4 leaves of greens
- 16 ounces of water
