"Because of my experience with my condition, I feel I have come full-circle as a person and as a physician."

At age 29, Doctor Peter Morgan was just starting his medical career, and just settling down to what he expected to be a long and rewarding life.

Then he noticed a lump in his right leg.

That lump turned out to be a type of terminal cancer. Following the diagnosis, Dr. Morgan began keeping diary chronicling his illness, his feelings, his fears, and his words of courage for all of us. That diary became the basis of the new public television documentary, Cancer: A Personal Voyage.
