Would you wear this in public?

Next week on Chef’s Table we get to have a little fashion fun. Not something we usually get to do. Our new dining and culture correspondent, Lynn Rosen, brought in some of her apron collection and made the confession that she’d like to wear them outside the home:

Well, I know someone who brings a gold lame bib with her to restaurants, so why not a full apron?

As one who was formerly involved in the restaurant business, I can firmly say that I not only would wear an apron in public, but I have. (Not to sure the one pictured above is for me, however.)
