Black Philadelphia City Councilman target of hate crime

Police are trying to find out who is responsible for spray painting Darrell L. Clarke’s car and two others with racist graffiti. According to the Philadelphia Daily News blog Philly Confidential, Clarke said when he went outside of his home this morning he found his car painted with Nazi symbols and the letters “KKK.”
