Ouch! Philadelphia City Councilman Frank DiCicco got an earful from angry residents last night at a meeting to discuss a plan for a casino bordering Chinatown. PA Supreme Court gives Sugarhouse another victory

Yesterday the Pennsylvania Supreme Court rejected the City of Philadelphia’s request to reconsider its previous ruling on Sugarhouse Casino. This means the Sugarhouse gets to keep its right to extend its development over the Delaware River in Philadelphia.
