Citizen Budget Workshop Analysis "Live" Video Feed Today at 3 p.m.

The City of Philadelphia will stream live video of this afternoon’s PhillyStat meeting on the the public feedback the city has received on the current budget crisis. A portion of it will include a a briefing from Chris Satullo and Harris Sokoloff the organizers of 4 citizen budget workshops held last month to the mayor and top city officials. Satullo is executive director of news and civic dialog at WHYY, and Sokoloff directs the Penn Project for Civic Engagement.
City officials will also hear updates from a recent citizen survey by PEW, a questionnaire of the City’s workforce, meetings with stakeholders and “kitchen table” discussions the city held with citizens from across the City. The Administration will use the feedback and input from these events as it develops the City’s budget and five year plan.
