Philadelphia held its 3rd of 8 planned town hall meetings to discuss a projected one-billion dollar budget gap. About 200 people turned out to The School of the Future located at 4021 Parkside Ave in West Philadelphia. This video also airs tonight at 7pm on the City of Philadelphia’s cable access channel 64.
