Philly.com begins new video series on Phila city hall news

Thursday, November 20th, 2008 at 11:41 am - by Alan Tu. Filed under: budget.

One of the things I’ve always liked about Radio Times was having on newspaper reporters to put into context all of the stories they’ve been writing on a particular subject.

So I love Philly.com’s latest video series on city hall news. They are calling it City Hall Press Room which features both Philadelphia Inquirer and Daily News city hall reporters talking about the latest news. This morning’s video has Catherine Lucey and Jeff Shields talking about the city’s handling of the budget cutting process.

It’s taped in the Inquirer building, but I’d be more fun for them to tape it in the real city hall press room which looks like a broom closet stuffed with paper.
