Meeting Tonight with School District CEO Arlene Ackerman

*UPDATE 1:00 pm: The School District is reporting that the meeting is full for tonight. In order to attend the meeting, you had to RSVP ahead of time. So if you don’t have a reservation, the school district is advising you to attend the next one. We are waiting to hear back from the school district about where announcements for the parent roundtable meetings are published.
Not much press was put out about a parents roundtable meeting tonight with the Philadelphia School
District superintendent Arlene Ackerman. The meeting is happening at 440 N. Broad from 5:30 to 8 pm. Parents will have a chance to learn more about the agenda the new district CEO has adopted, and to speak up about any issues important to you.
