An armed security guard is preventing reporters from covering a budget meeting underway at this hour. Attorneys for the Philadelphia Inquirer and Philadelphia Daily News say the meeting is in violation to the state’s open meeting laws. The newspapers are filing legal documents objecting to the closed door session which is believed to be on budget cuts.
