Common Cause PA issued another summary of voting problems reported today. The biggest problem found was “a breakdown between state voter registration lists and the lists that have been printed out for the polling places. This issue is widespread and as caused an unknown number of voters to vote provisionally.” Thanks to AboveAverageJane for spotting this.

Philadelphia election watchdog group The Committee of 70 released a report this afternoon detailing some of the problems that have occurred around the region. Over all the organization says things are going well. One of the most serious incidents is ousting of republican polling officials. The report says “We continue to look into several incidents, including minority polling officials being ousted by Democratic Judges of Elections in Philadelphia.” The incident caught the attention of The Drudge Report where the headline links to the conservative website townhall.com. The Associated Press reports that GOP observers have been allowed back in.
Statewide Common Cause PA says there are scattered voter problems being reported, most from the Philadelphia region. In their latest update, the biggest problem concerns what are known as emergency ballots.
“Perhaps the biggest news maybe that Philadelphia Election Authorities may not count emergency ballots cast by voters because of broken machines until Friday. John Bonifaz of Voter Action is challenging the decision but if the vote is close tonight it might be that we won’t have the results in Pennsylvania until Friday. Under the law, these ballots are to be treated the same as regular ballots.”
