Michael Rovito will be interviewed on WHYY’s Radio Times with Marty Moss-Coane this morning at 10am. Rovito is the Temple University student who asked republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin, who was in Philadelphia recently, whether the U.S. should be able to cross into Pakistan to pursue terrorists. Palin said yes. But John McCain says no. The republican duo clarified their positions two days later when McCain blamed the confusion on “gotcha journalism.” Rovito denies that he purposefully tried to trip her up, telling The Huffington Post, “I was labeled a “gotcha journalist” simply for asking a question of an elected official” He’s booked for only a small portion of the hour, but if you get a chance tune in to 91FM this morning at 10am.
