WHYY will post Philadelphia Twitter comments live during the 2nd Presidential Debate

The two major party candidates for President will face-off tonight in their second Presidential Debate. It will be held at Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee and begin at 9:00pm eastern. This promises to be even more heated that their first debate, largely because both campaigns are in full mud slinging mode. Republican candidate John McCain released this press release trying to connect Barack Obama with 1960’s radical Bill Ayers, while Obama fired back with this mini-documenatary on McCain’s involvement in the Keating Five Scandal. So I think we can expect a pretty nasty night.
It’s Our City will again post select comments by Philadelphia Twitter members who we are following. This approach worked well for the first presidential debate and last week’s vice presidential debate. Since the majority of our readers are not Twitter members, this will give you a chance to see a real-time look at what your neighbors are saying about the debate. All you have to do is periodically check our website to see the latest comments.
You can see the debate live on WHYY TV12, hear the debate on 91FM and at whyy.org

Well, it’s fine if u would like to follow my tweets, Alan. I’m “TechCrusader” on twitter. But, I tend to be a bit on the snarky side (yet objective) with my comments.

Hope we hear something new tonight.I build biodiesel processors which turn waste vegetable oil into biodiesel. We need someone to help implement change. As the other poster said, we just need to keep moving in the right direction.
