We’re going to regularly feature members of the community trying to make our city a better place.  Much of the day-to-day good citizen work out there remains under the radar. So we’ve decided that Philadelphia needs a venue where folks can be recognized. That’s why we’re launching Citizen Spotlight. We want to know what makes people’s inner civic clock tick, like Bob Shipman, who’s our first Citizen Spotlight. Sometimes we’ll present you with a Q&A, and other times a video.
