These are just some of the things you’re going to see in a video we’re rolling out tomorrow about Philadelphia renters living in places found to have housing code violations. We decided to cover the issue after learning that Philadelphia has suspended a law to make sure renters don’t encounter these very things. So tune in tomorrow to find out why the city stopped enforcing the rental suitability law this past spring.
