Sugarhouse Casino wins PA Supreme Court ruling

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has ruling strengthens Sugarhouse Casino’s ability to build on the Delaware River front in Philadelphia. The Philadelphia Daily News blog Clout reports that the Court determined that Mayor Michael Nutter was wrong in his attempt to revoke riparian rights previously granted by the City under Mayor John Street’s administration.
