Insurance debate comes to Philly

Pennsylvania’s insurance department heard testimony today about whether or not the state’s two largest health insurers should merge into one. People who testified debated the proposed benefits to millions of Pennsylvanians. From WHYY’s health and science desk Kerry Grens reports.
