Dry Rub for Steaks or Brisket
For this recipe you will need:
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup paprika
- 3 tablespoons chile powder
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon ground coriander
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon cayenne
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried pepper
Combine. Rub on steaks thirty minutes before grilling; a brisket should sit with the rub on overnight. Extra rub can be stored in a jar.in the pantry.
