Where would we be without Ben Franklin ? Maybe in the dark......afterall, he did help bring us electricity! It's the 300th anniversary the birth of this famous founder. "A Chef's Table" looks at the man, his work AND his food and beverage! Discover some of the cookbooks that are in the library he founded, and taste his beer. We'll also look at some classic American cookery and talk to Susan Spungen about her new book, "Recipes: A Collection for a Modern Cook.." And you can't get more classic than peanut butter, but there are hundreds of ways to use this ultimate ingredient. Later we'll learn how to be Latin chic.
